Padlet – ¿Qué? ¿Por qué? ¿Cómo?
4. HOW?
Padlet is an online collaboration tool that allows you to create virtual bulletin boards for sharing ideas, resources, and information. Here is how you can use Padlet:- Create an account: To use Padlet, you need to create an account on Padlet, or via the iOS or Android app. You can sign up for free or choose a paid plan if you need additional features.
- Create a new Padlet: Once you have logged in, you can create a new Padlet by clicking the "Create" button. Give your Padlet a title and choose a theme, if desired.
- Add content: You can add various types of content to your Padlet, such as text, images, videos, audio files, documents, and links. To add content, click the "+" button and select the type of content you want to use.
- Collaborate with others: Padlet allows multiple users to add content to the same bulletin board, making it a great tool for a collaboration. You can invite others to view and add content to your Padlet by sharing a link or sending an email invitation.
- Customize your Padlet: You can customize the appearance of your Padlet by changing the background, font, and other design elements. You can also add labels or comments to the items you add to your Padlet.
- Share your Padlet: You can share your Padlet with others by sending a link or embedding the Padlet on a website or blog.
Padlet is free for its most basic plan, which restricts users to three Padlets and limits file size uploads. You can always use one of those three, then delete and replace it with a new one.
The Padlet Pro plan, designed for individuals and can be used by teachers, costs $8 per month. The paid version gives you unlimited padlets, 250 MB file uploads (25 times more than the free plan), domain mapping, priority support, and folders.
